Charles of Italy Beauty College has signed and returned to the Department of Education the Certificate and Agreement of the CARES Act and will use no less than 50% of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the Cares Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

Charles of Italy Beauty College has disbursed the above mentioned Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) to students for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus, including eligible expenses under a student’s cost of attendance such as, food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care. Students are responsible for ensuring the institution that the funds will be used solely for the above mentioned purpose. The cosmetology instructor training program curriculum meets the requirements of the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology for licensure and NACCAS. The program is 650 clock hours designed to be completed in 7.5 months. Full-Time students are contracted from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Students wishing to become a licensed cosmetology instructor must have at least one year work experience as a licensed cosmetologists as well as other requirements regulated by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology. The curriculum is designed to prepare the student by giving them hands on training in teaching methodologies relating to theory and practical.
